Sandia Sunrise Balloons LLC collects only what it needs to fly you safely and to sell you a ticket.
What we collect
Booking details: your name, email address, and phone number. Waiver details for each passenger: legal name, date of birth, address, and body weight. Weight is collected for flight-load planning and for no other purpose. We also keep a record of your signature, the time it was given, and the IP address and device it came from, because that is what makes an electronic signature provable.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card number. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor.
Who we share it with
Stripe, to process your payment. Our email and SMS providers, to send your ticket and flight-day updates. Nobody else — we do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Waivers and flight manifests are retained as long as we may need them to defend a claim, and for as long as any insurance or aviation record-keeping obligation requires. Booking records are retained for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at [email protected]. We cannot delete a signed waiver or a flight record while we still need it for the reasons above.
